How do I register?

The link to register can be found on the login page.

Can I access the site without registration?

Registration is required. During registration you enter your full name which is then used to produce any certificates upon successful course completion.

I don't have an email address, how can I register without one?

You cannot register without an email address as it is required for both security and essential communication. You can get a free email address from providers such as Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo! Mail.

Can I share an email address/account with my colleagues?

Each person must have their own account, both for security, privacy and site features such as certificate generation.

Why are the password requirements so complicated?

Security is important and weak/reused passwords are one of the biggest vulnerabilities, which is why we require users to have a password with:

  • a minimum length of 8 characters
  • include at least ONE uppercase character
  • include at least ONE lowercase character
  • include at least ONE digit
  • include at least ONE non-alphanumeric character

I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

On the login page, click on the 'lost password' link and follow the instructions on screen. If an account belonging to that email address exists, an email will be sent to that address with instructions.

Accounts & Privacy

I wish to see a copy of my personal data you have on record?

To receive a copy of this data, please log in to your account and navigate to your profile page. From there you can request it using the 'Export all of my personal data' link.

I wish to delete my account?

Please log in to your account and go to your profile page. From there, click on 'Delete my account' to request your account to be deleted.


How do I navigate to the next or previous activity?

You have two options:

  • Use the course overview in the collapsible sidebar to switch between activities.
  • Within the activity, at the bottom of the page you will see 'Next' and 'Previous' links which will take you to that activity.

In my profile I see links to forums, if I wish to post to the forums where will I find these?

Forums are an activity within a course. If the course has no forums attached to it then there are none available.


I've registered for an account but the course requires an enrolment key, what is this?

The enrolment key is required to access the course after successfully registering for an account. The enrolment key is available from your employer, Cleenol distributor, or Cleenol Customer Care.

I've enrolled on a course but cannot see the content within all the modules at once.

To gain access to the next module within a course, you need to complete all the requirements on the previous/current module. This could be failing to mark something as complete or gaining a pass mark in the previous quiz. This is to ensure steady progress throughout the course and help you better focus on each module.

I can't access a quiz to attempt the questions?

To access the quiz for a module, you must mark each section as 'Done' by pressing the 'Mark as done' button on the page before progressing to the next section. When all sections are marked as complete, the quiz will be available. A page refresh may be required to see the quiz show as the 'Next Activity'.

I wish to reset my progress and take the course again?

Certain courses will be updated annualy, so the need to retake an existing course is not necessary. You may, at anytime, go back and review the content for reference and retake any quizzes. However a new certificate will not be generated.


I can see a certificate link in the course overview, but cannot access it?

In order to unlock your certificate for a course, you must first complete the requirements. When all the requirements have been met, the certificate will be generated and made available to you.

Where can I find certificates for completed courses?

You will find these either on the Course Overview page for each course, or they can be found under Profile > Miscellaneous > My Certificates.

I have unenrolled from the course and enrolled again to retake it. Why is my certificate not updated?

Certificates are only generated once per course you successfully complete. Where certain courses require regular retakes, we will provide annual updates as new courses which you can then enrol on.
